- Q: How do I care for my shirt?
- A: Our garments are made of hand-printed and hand-dyed fabrics. Due to the handmade nature of the fabric, the garment requires special care.
- First 2 washes: For the first couple of washes, hand wash the garment in cold water. Color may bleed.
- Wash: After the initial washes, machine wash the garment in cold water, with light detergent and with like colors.
- Dry: Hang dry inside out. Please DO NOT use the dryer.
- Iron: Warm iron, as needed.
- Q: Where do you source the fabrics from?
- A: We design the prints for the fabrics in our Los Angeles studio. We then spend 2-3 months each year in India working directly with fabric printers and weavers to bring our designs to life. Our fabrics are hand block-printed, hand screen-printed, hand-dyed and hand-loomed.
- Q: Where are the garments tailored?
- A: We work with two family run tailoring units. Each unit has 4-6 tailors under the tutelage of a master tailor. The garments are hand-cut by the master tailor and tailored from start to finish by the same tailor.
- Q: I live outside the United States. Can I still order from you?
- A: Why of-course you can! We ship worldwide!
- Q: How can I track my order?
- A: Once we ship your order, we will be in communication with you regarding the shipping details.
- Q: What payment methods do you accept?
- A: We accept all major credit cards and Pay Pal.
- Q: Would I be charged any shipping costs?
- A. For US domestic orders over $100, shipping is free! For US domestic orders under $100, there is a flat fee of $5 for shipping. For international orders, we charge shipping fee based on the destination.
- Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
- A: All unworn and unused items can be returned with no strings attached. We will not be able to return or exchange any items that have been used. Please view our detailed return policy here.
- Q: When will I receive my refund?
- A: Once we receive the items from you and it meets our refund policy, we will process the refund within 48 hours. After that, it will be a matter of banking schedule.
- Q: What size should I choose?
- A: We have listed detailed garment measurements for each garment on their respective product page. Please refer to the garment measurements to determine your size.
- Q: How much taxes will I have to pay?
- A: You will be charged taxes based on your shipping address.
